DMCA Policy

"Ανοιξη Quotes" respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA Notice and a DMCA Counter-Notice.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on "Ανοιξη Quotes", please notify our copyright agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the claimed copyright infringement:

Filing a DMCA Notice

  1. An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on "Ανοιξη Quotes".
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit "Ανοιξη Quotes" to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Ανοιξη Quotes" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the removed material.
